Task Center

Turn measurement into work: outreach targets, prioritized recommendations, page fixes and an analyst you can ask.

Monitoring tells you where you stand. The Task Center tells you what to do about it, and keeps the answer specific enough to hand to someone on Monday morning.

Preview screens are built and navigable but render a sample dataset while the generators behind them are being wired in. See Product status.

The principle

Every item in the Task Center is derived from your own measured data and states its evidence. Not "improve your content" — but "these four domains are cited in answers naming your competitors and never in answers naming you, across these three prompts."

That constraint is what makes the work delegable. An item you cannot hand to a writer or a developer without a meeting is not a recommendation, it is a hunch.

It is also why the deterministic detectors shipped first. A gap you can prove from captured answers is worth more than a generated suggestion that sounds plausible.

How the four fit together

They differ by where the fix lives:

  • Someone else's pages → PR Opportunities. Slowest, longest-lasting, and often the only way to shift high-intent answers.
  • Your pages → Pages Optimization. Fastest to ship, most under your control.
  • Your content strategy → Recommendations. Bigger moves: new pages, restructured sections, positioning.
  • Your understanding → GEO Copilot. Not a queue but a way to interrogate the rest.

Suggested cadence

Weekly. Send one or two outreach messages from PR Opportunities. Read the newest answers on prompts you lost.

Monthly. Review the competitor and prompt sets, and check whether last month's outreach shows up in Sources.

Quarterly. Revisit the prompt mix. The Task Center only ever answers questions you asked in Workspace.
