Workspace

Configure what Geonimo tracks: prompts, competitors, products, pages and your traffic tracker.

Workspace is where you tell Geonimo what to measure. Five screens, and the first three determine the quality of everything else in the product.

ScreenWhat it controls
PromptsThe questions asked of every engine, every day.
CompetitorsThe brands you are scored against.
ProductsThe individual products tracked by name.
PagesYour own pages, audited for citability.
AI TrackerThe script that measures AI referral traffic.

Why this section deserves real attention

Every metric in Geonimo is an aggregate over answers, and answers only exist for prompts you chose. Configuration is not setup — it is the measurement instrument.

Three consequences worth internalizing:

  • A prompt you did not add is a blind spot, not a zero. Nothing on any dashboard will hint that it exists.
  • A competitor you did not add cannot appear in Share of Voice or the competitor table, however loudly the engines recommend them.
  • Depth beats breadth. Each subject needs enough prompts to produce a usable confidence interval. Three products measured properly beat six measured badly, and the second only looks better on a feature list.

The prompt budget

Prompts are the unit of cost as well as measurement: each one runs against three engines every day, indefinitely. The interface states the daily scrape volume before you commit to a set.

Bounds are a spend guard rather than a technical limit — up to 150 prompts in total, up to 10 tracked products, and up to 100 prompts in any single brand group. Within that, the split across the four prompt groups is yours to choose. See Prompts.

Where suggestions come from

Onboarding starts from your website: you enter a domain, and Geonimo audits it to identify your category and the products you sell, then proposes a prompt set built to the mix you asked for. Competitors surface the same way — brands that keep appearing in your answers are suggested rather than silently ignored.

Suggestions are a starting point. Your sales team's actual objection list beats any generated set, and the fastest improvement most workspaces can make is to add the ten questions prospects ask on calls.

Pages and AI Tracker are preview screens today — built and navigable, not yet collecting your data. See Product status.
