Account
Workspaces, members, roles, subscriptions and account security.
Everything about running Geonimo as a team: who has access, what they can do, what you pay, and how accounts are secured.
| Page | Covers |

| Teams and roles | Inviting people, roles, permissions, transferring ownership. |
| Billing and plans | Plans, limits, upgrades, invoices. |
| Account security | Passwords, two-factor authentication, sessions, deletion. |
Two kinds of account
Your personal account is you: name, email, password, two-factor settings, connected sign-in methods. One per person, regardless of how many workspaces you belong to.
A workspace is a team account. It owns the brand being tracked, the prompt set, the members and the subscription. You can belong to several — a consultant might sit in one per client — and switch between them from the account selector in the sidebar.
Geonimo runs in workspace mode: the product work happens in a workspace, not in a personal account, so even a single user gets one on sign-up.
Where settings live
| Setting | Where |
|---|---|
| Your name, email, password, 2FA | Personal account settings |
| Workspace name and slug | Workspace → Settings |
| Members and invitations | Workspace → Members |
| Subscription, plan, invoices | Workspace → Billing |
| Your profile within a workspace | Workspace → Settings → Profile |
The distinction matters when something looks missing: billing lives on the workspace, not on you. If you cannot see it, you are either in the wrong workspace or you do not hold a role that manages it.
Switching workspaces
The selector at the top of the sidebar lists every workspace you belong to and creates new ones. Each workspace is fully isolated — separate brand, prompts, competitors, members, data and subscription. Nothing leaks between them, by database policy rather than by convention.
