Billing and plans

Plans, what each includes, how limits work, and managing your subscription.

Subscriptions belong to the workspace, not to a person. Managing one requires the billing.manage permission — the owner role by default.

How limits work

Brands — how many distinct websites a workspace tracks. Each has its own prompts, competitors and dashboards.

Prompts — active prompts monitored daily, per brand. Archived prompts do not count, so pausing a seasonal set frees capacity without losing its history.

Users — members of the workspace.

Prompts are the real cost driver: each one is asked of three engines every day, more than once, indefinitely. The Prompts tab states the resulting daily volume before you commit to a set, and the platform bounds are 150 prompts and 10 tracked products regardless of plan — a spend guard rather than a technical limit. How the budget splits across brand and product groups is yours to choose. See Prompts.

Every captured result carries a recorded cost, so limits reflect measured spend rather than hiding behind a fair-use clause.

Choosing

Prompt count is usually the deciding factor, not brand count. Twenty-five well-chosen prompts cover a focused category properly; a business with several distinct buyer segments will feel the ceiling quickly, because each segment needs its own question set.

Start on Growth if you track one brand and one category. Move to Expansion when you add brands, need more than 25 prompts, or want a monthly strategy review with the team in the loop.

Managing your subscription

Workspace → Billing. From there:

  • Start a subscription and choose monthly or yearly
  • Change plan — upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period
  • Update the payment method
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel — access continues until the end of the paid period

Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Geonimo never sees or stores card details.

What happens when a subscription ends

Data is retained, collection stops. Your history stays intact and dashboards remain readable; no new runs are queued. Resubscribing resumes daily runs — with a gap in the trend for the period you were not collecting, which is worth knowing before pausing over a quiet quarter.

Billing questions

For invoicing details, VAT or purchase orders, use the contact page. For plan advice, the honest answer is usually "count the questions your buyers actually ask" — the prompt limit will decide the plan for you.
